Change is Not a Matter of Ability…It’s a Matter of Motivation

The secret of making something work in your life is first of all, the deep desire to make it work, then the faith and belief that it can work, and finally, action a clear plan to have it work. In order to have physical, emotional, and financial well-being which is True Wellness, you need to nourish your body and spirit and make yourself a priority. In a world where it seems many times, we are always taking care of others we forget to take care of ourselves. Nobody will give you permission to take care of yourself, even if you wish they would. Self-care is what empowers us. We may not know how or when we will die, but we are responsible for how we live. Each of us has the power to improve the quality of our life, one choice or good habit at a time. It is often small changes that lead to much bigger ones…which can be the foundation for profound change.

It is never too late to change. It’s a matter of motivation.  Do you want to change or ignite a fire in your career or relationships, improve your finances, or change your nutritional habits to lose weight, or have more energy?
